Every booking is tailored, protected, and handled with care to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience for every occasion, whether it’s a quick getaway, a celebration, or the trip of a lifetime.

My services are completely free because I earn a commission directly from trusted travel suppliers and partners, not from you. This means you get the benefit of a personal travel expert, without paying any extra fees.

You’ll receive the same (or often better!) prices as booking online, but with tailored advice, 24/7 customer support, and protection every step of the way. It’s like having your own travel PA, at no extra cost!

Why are your services free?

If something unexpected happens, like a flight cancellation, delay, or last-minute change, you’re fully supported. I only work with trusted, ATOL & ABTA-protected suppliers who provide access to a dedicated 24/7 customer service team.

This team is available around the clock to handle urgent issues and liaise directly with airlines, hotels, or service providers to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. You’ll never be left in the dark or dealing with things alone.

You’ll also still have me as your personal point of contact, so you get the best of both worlds: real-time assistance when needed, plus personalised care before and after your trip.

What if I need to change my travel plans after booking?

Plans can change, and that’s okay! If you need to amend your booking, I’ll do everything I can to help make the process smooth and stress-free.

Depending on the supplier and the terms of your booking, changes such as dates, names, or destinations may be possible. I’ll liaise with the provider on your behalf, explain your options clearly, and support you in making any necessary adjustments.

Please keep in mind that some changes may incur fees, especially if it’s close to your travel date, but I’ll always be upfront and work to find the most cost-effective solution for you.

What insurance and cover do you have?

ZR Experiences works exclusively with travel suppliers who are fully ATOL and ABTA protected. This means your holiday is backed by industry-standard financial protection schemes, giving you peace of mind if your trip is cancelled or the supplier fails.

While I don’t provide insurance directly, I strongly recommend that all travellers take out comprehensive travel insurance tailored to their needs which can be purchased via me. This will cover things like medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and more.

If you’d like, I can also help you find trusted insurance providers and guide you through choosing the right cover for your trip.

Is it better to book through you, than doing it myself?

Booking through me offers you so much more than just a reservation. While you can book trips yourself online, working with a personal travel expert means you get:

Getting a quote or booking your dream holiday is easy! Simply reach out to me via your preferred contact methods, email, social media or website form, and share your travel details, such as destination, dates, budget, and any special requests.

I’ll then search for the best options tailored just for you, email you the finalisd quotes for FREE, and guide you through the booking process step-by-step.

Once you’re happy with your choice, I’ll handle all the arrangements and make sure everything is confirmed and protected.

Are bookings with you refundable or changeable?

Yes, bookings made through me can often be refunded or changed, but this depends on the specific supplier’s terms and conditions. Some flights, hotels, or experiences may have restrictions, fees, or limited flexibility, especially if booked at discounted rates or close to the travel date.

Before we confirm your booking, I will always provide you with the full terms and conditions so you know exactly what’s covered and any limitations.

If you need to make changes or request a refund later, I’ll liaise with the supplier on your behalf to find the best possible solution within their rules.
